Ionization, LLP is a joint venture between Excalibur Inc and Energy Invest Group Ltd (EIG).

Excalibur is an upstream oil and gas company founded by majority shareholder Dave Shroff, inventor of the Ionizer. Originally called the Velocity Induced Catalytic Reactor (VICR), the Ionizer's first model was created in 1994, and since has been modified over a 15 year period servicing over 80 fields since 2004.

Energy Invest Group (www.energyinvestgroup.com) primarily sources innovative energy and environmental technologies which it either leases or uses to develop industrial-scale projects. EIG is currently using the 350bbl/day unit in its East Cushing, Oklahoma oil field and prelimary tests indicate injection pressure has reduced from 1,100psi to 350psi.
